Create a French Food Allergy Card

Create a French food allergy card with personalized allergen information. Preview the bilingual card and order a printable or digital version.

Your foods, in French and English.

Use the ingredient name rather than a broad dietary preference. A milk allergy card should say lait, and should not be described only as lactose-free.

Keep milk and egg as separate choices. Ask staff about the recipe as well as the utensils used to prepare it. A card is useful to show the kitchen before ordering, but it cannot verify a dish or replace the answers of the people preparing it.

Discuss the actual dish.

Keep milk and egg as separate choices. Ask staff about the recipe as well as the utensils used to prepare it. A card is useful to show the kitchen before ordering, but it cannot verify a dish or replace the answers of the people preparing it.

Show your card before ordering, allow staff to check with the kitchen, and ask about ingredients and preparation separately. Do not assume that a familiar dish has the same recipe in another restaurant.

How to use your French card

  1. Check each selected food against your own allergy information.
  2. Read the English reference and have the translated wording checked.
  3. Save the PNG offline or print a copy.
  4. Show staff before choosing a dish and ask them to confirm the ingredients.

Personal notes are displayed as typed, without automatic translation. A contact field is optional. Severe-reaction and cross-contact statements appear only when selected by you.

Compare Basic and Detailed →

Good questions, clear answers.

Is the preview free?

Yes. You can build and inspect the full card and kit before choosing a one-time purchase.

What do I receive?

Basic is $3.99 and includes a main card PNG plus all card faces as separate PNGs in a ZIP. The pass uses an illustrated food grid and can switch between 10 languages in your device library. Detailed is $9.99 and adds a PDF with ingredient notes, restaurant questions and a preparation checklist.

Do I need an account?

No. Email backup is optional. Paid files are saved in My Cards for 30 days on this device. Stripe may request an email for its own receipt. There are no subscriptions or credit balances.

Are the translations professionally reviewed?

Professional review has not been recorded for the current draft version. Official sources support our guidance; they do not certify these translations.

Can I recover my order?

Request a private access link using the email used at checkout. Keep that link private; anyone with it can access the card. Access is provided for 90 days, so keep your downloaded files.

Are my personal notes translated?

No. Notes are shown exactly as typed and labeled with that limitation. Do not put an unverified translation on a card.

Does a card make a meal safe?

No. It is a communication aid and does not replace clinical advice, emergency medication or a personal emergency plan.
